How Blyde handles information.
Information you provide
This can include account information, uploaded Study materials, assignment content, source and reference inputs, and prompts or interactions with Blyde features. Please only provide content you are authorised to use.
Information the service creates
Blyde may create Generated Notes, review outputs, question and test data, learning or test progress, usage and entitlement records, extraction metadata, and operational logs needed to run and improve the service.
How information is used
We use this information to provide requested features, save and restore your workspace, secure access, enforce usage and entitlement rules, and investigate failures. Some content may be processed by external AI or model providers to provide a requested feature; this page does not make provider-specific retention claims.
Documents and visual extraction
Uploaded documents may be processed to extract text and other meaningful content for Study, including visual content when a page needs additional recovery. Temporary rendered page buffers are used during processing and are not stored as source records.
Storage and access
Blyde uses Supabase for applicable application data and authenticated, user-scoped access. Account-specific browser state may also be used to keep the experience working on your device. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Payments
Payment checkout is not currently live in Blyde, so Blyde is not currently processing payment details through a subscription checkout. Payment-specific privacy information can be added if billing is introduced.
Your choices and requests
You can manage your account, download a copy of associated data, and permanently delete your account from Account settings. For a privacy request that cannot be completed there, contact support@blyde.app so it can be verified and handled safely. We do not promise a retention or deletion timeline here that is not currently defined.
